GP Extend currently provides continuing professional education for GP Supervisors and Practice Managers involved in the delivery of the Australian General Practice Training (AGPT) program and the wider community.

From January 2017, GP Extend will also include delivery of Educational Services for the Country SA PHN program to deliver professional development for rural general practitioners and other primary care professional across regional South Australia. This professional development will be delivered through face-to-face regional workshops, where rural GPs and primary health care professionals can extend their knowledge and skills working together to facilitate more positive patient outcomes.

Competition terms and conditions
Entries open 30 March 2017 and close 12 April 2017. To be eligible to win the prize, entrants must complete the GP Extend needs analysis survey and be a rural general practitioner in South Australia RA 2-5. The prize is one Apple Watch Series 1 worth $399. The winner will be drawn at random at GPEx, 132 Greenhill Road Unley SA on 13 April 2017. The winner will be notified within two business days by email and phone, and name published in GPEx marketing material. If the winner cannot be contacted within five business days, a new winner will be drawn. The prize will either be collected from GPEx by the winner or sent via registered post to the winner.
